ISTE and ASCD Join Forces This Year
This year the ASCD and ISTE annual conferences will be held together in San Antonio, Texas from June 30 until July 2. ISTE stands for International Society for Technology in Education. ISTE is “a nonprofit organization that works with the global education community to accelerate the use of technology to solve tough problems in education and inspire innovation.” Each year they host their ISTELive education conference in various cities. And this year, in conjunction with the ASCD Annual conference, the event is expected to be bigger and better than ever! ASCD is the Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development, a global education organization striving to elevate learning for teachers and students alike. Their annual conference brings together bold thinkers with practical ideas to elevate the every day classroom.
We can’t wait for this co-located event with an expected 17,000+ attendees! Plus, there are more than 1,000 jam-packed learning experiences with practical education ideas and insights into new innovations.
